モコが来たばかりの頃、ブッチーは交尾をしたことがなかったので、モコがお誘いの行動を理解できなかったようでした。（アヒルのメスは背中と首を一直線にし、クゥクゥ鳴いてオスを交尾に誘います。）
漫画にあるように、ブッチーはお誘いに本当に無関心でした(;’∀’)

Butchy hadn’t mated with any female ducks, so he couldn’t understand Moko’s invitation to mating. ( Generally, female ducks invite male ducks stretching their back and neck in a straight line and saying “coo, coo” on small voice like the cartoon.)
